Meet Reiner, a well-renowned surgeon and pychologist cccat in the public eye, and a manipulative, dark, occult-worshipping asshole _{that believes he's better than all other cccats ,} in his private life.
Using his psycho-manipulative abilities to make others commit heinous crimes or murders behind the scenes, whether it's for a purpose or for his own entertainment~ 
Let's just say you don't want to cross this crazy cat's path xdddd

After saving a certain scarfox from dark shinanigans caused by a dimentional flux, he soon found his new.... partner in crime

- always remains in the bipedal/anthro-morph physical appearance
- wears the labcoat usually to hid the big, gaping, scar on his torso
- children/younger cccats usually adore his red cheeks
- his unethical experiments on others are always found out, but proof of his presence is always....somehow destroyed
- is a sociopath of the highest degree, very dangerous and very convincing
- loves carmels
- loves to wear fake glasses and sunglasses
- loves his pet albino snake gifted to him by Ickis


QuQ hoped to doodle more of this guy, but for now I hope you guys enjoy this handsome and bastardous mug just as much as i did finally realizing him~
